About the Author

Anthony Speaight

Anthony Speaight is a commercial practitioner with extensive experience of technology and construction work, including related property litigation and professional negligence.

He also has specialist experience in public, regulatory and disciplinary work, especially in relation to the financial services industry.

He has practiced extensively in the Technology and Construction Court. He acted at first instance, Court of Appeal and House of Lords in Linden Gardens v Lenesta Sludge concerning assignment of rights of action to new property owners. He appeared in 2005 in the Court of Appeal case Connex v M J Building concerning construction adjudication.
