Description
This is the catalogue from the current exhibition of the same name down at the RIBA. The ethos of the department is 'small is beautiful', it being the smallest such faculty in the country, but this exhibition aims to show that small ones are more juicy. It is a direct response to their successful campaign against closure, and is well-produced with decent quality colour illustrations. There is a brief history of the department, essays by alumni such as Colin St John Wilson, and an engaging amble through various projects with a connection to the department. A fine snapshot of an influential branch of academia.
