Mimicking an architectural almanac of the 19th century, the artist Pablo Bronstein presents a guide to the post-modern architecture of London. Each building is illustrated by him with a full page drawing in the style of 18th and 19th century architectural illustrations and is accompanied with a descriptive text.
The book is based on a guided bus tour Bronstein conducted as an official project for visitors to the 2006 Frieze Art Fair. With an introductory essay by Bronstein, the book focuses on the political and social dimension of architecture and postmodernism in particular.
