JCT Construction Management Collateral Warranty - Purchaser/Tenant (CMWa/P&T)

This Warranty may be given by a construction manager to a purchaser or tenant of the whole or part of the building(s) comprising the Project which is being or has been managed under the Construction Management Appointment (CM/A).
