SBC05 Project Pack

Suitable for use with JCT 05 Standard form of Building Contract With Quants (SBC /Q), Without Quants (SBC /XQ) and With Approx Quants (SBC /AQ).

The RIBA Contract Administration Forms Project Packs' are a completely up-to-date set of forms specifically produced for use with the 2005 editions of the JCT forms of contract.

Replacing the old system of publishing the forms in individual pads, the forms are now contained within three separate Project Packs'. Each project pack contains a comprehensive selection and sufficient quantity of forms needed to administer a project under the contract in question.

The new project packs can therefore be easily charged to the job they are being used for, making both project and general office administration easier.
