RIBA Agreements 2007 are designed to provide the components of a flexible system which can be assembled to create contracts tailored to the needs of the project in hand. They take account of statutory and legal changes and are based on the RIBA Outline Plan of Work 2007.
Separate versions are available for the appointment of 'the Architect' or 'the Consultant' and the system includes a wide range of Services Schedules for the architectural and related professions.
The new suite of RIBA Agreements replace the current series of RIBA Standard Forms of Appointment, and are available as 'packs'. For details on the changes from previous Agreements click here.

| RIBA Agreements Online |
The format of the RIBA Agreements 2007 differs from previous RIBA Standard Forms of Appointment to suit both paper and electronic usage. However, the full versatility of the new forms can only be fully appreciated in the on-line version where the user has the ability to customise the content of the components to suit the project in question.
The online format allows the user the ability to customise the project specific data in the Appointment Document. The user will not, however, be able to amend or alter the RIBA Conditions of Engagement, except by the use of an Addendum sheet.

The Guide to RIBA Agreements 2007 provides construction professionals with general guidance on matters affecting their contracts with particular reference to the application and completion of the RIBA Agreements 2007. Clients may also find that the guide helps in understanding the professionals' role and the responsibilities of each party to the Agreement. It outlines the provisions of the different agreements and components and discusses some project specific issues with worked examples. It can be read with the RIBA - Multi-Disciplinary Plan of Work 2007 (RIBA Publishing 2007), which is also available on CD-ROM.
