Q: I’ve visited your website a few times and want to order a book, but I can’t seem to reach the order page.
A: If you are ordering for the first time you should fill out a profile in order to use the secure online ordering facility. This can be done by clicking on the: Login icon near the top of the website and follow the prompts.

Q: I've ordered from your website before but I am having problems logging back into the website. How can I log back in?
A: Please make sure that all characters are in the correct case and that both your e-mail and password are the same as the first time you logged into the site.
If you have forgotten your password, please go to I’ve forgotten my password and your password will be sent to you.

Q: I want to order from your website. How long does it usually take for an order to be processed and delivered?
A: All UK orders received by 15:00 are expected to be processed for despatch to you by the next working day (subject to availability). Should there be any delay with your order, you will be notified by e-mail. Should you wish to contact us about your order please do so by emailing us at:orders@ribabooks.com
Overseas orders usually take 7-21 working days for standard overseas delivery. We do however offer an urgent delivery service which we can quote for if you tick the Urgent Delivery box on your payment details page. All orders can be sent this way. Please contact:orders@ribabooks.com

Q: I placed an order yesterday but I’m not sure the information was received. Can I find out if you've received it?
A: After placing your order, an automatic e-mail confirmation will be sent to you with your order details on it. If you have placed an order and do not receive an e-mail, please contact us at:orders@ribabooks.com and we will be glad to help with any enquiry.

Q: There appears to be a mistake on my order confirmation and I want to change my order. How can I do this?
