The JCT Contracts Digital Service, the successor to JCT Forms on Disk, is a one-stop service that provides you with all the contractual documentation you need for your building and construction work.

Presented on CD and with optional online updates, this service helps you to create your own custom-built documents easily and quickly. Using Rapidocs technology, a step-by-step question and answer session will take you through every field in turn, enabling you to leave out irrelevant information and streamline your contract to fit your exact requirements.

The JCT Contracts Digital Service will:

  • Allow you to complete contracts using powerful Rapidocs technology - a step-by-step question and answer session, taking you through each field in turn - making the process as simple as possible
  • Let you view the contract when completing your Q & A session
  • Make it easy to exchange draft contracts between subscribers electronically
  • Enable you to build a library of clauses for insertion across contracts
  • Provide you with practical guidance via links to JCT 05 contract guides
  • With the online update service option, ensure that you are using the latest version of the contract - online updates will update the contract being used if an Amendment or new version has been issued

JCT Contracts Digital Service - The Small Works Edition
The Small Works Edition contains the new Minor Works 2005 and the Intermediate Building Contract 2005, along with the JCT 98 archive editions of these two contracts.

This service provides you with a CD containing contracts and other documentation, along with full access to regular online updates. As and when new CDs are produced they will include these updates, consolidated into the main contract.

This service uses powerful Rapidocs technology to help you complete your contracts. Rapidocs is a step-by-step question and answer session taking you through each field in turn, with explanation notes where appropriate.

Other prices: Draft copies of contracts can be printed free of charge, however the user is required to purchase Print Credits when printing off the final contract. The amount of Print Credits required depends on the price of the equivalent paper copy of the contract. For example you will need 15 print credits to print a Minor Works contract (paper copy price £14.95).

Print credits are charged at £1.00 + VAT each.
