1. Payment for goods
Payment by credit/debit card is taken at the point the order is processed by our Customer Service team. Where goods are out of stock or are forthcoming, payment will be taken and goods will be dispatched automatically when available. We will advise customers of any problems with their order. Payment at the time of placing the order offers increased protection to customers, as we do not hold customers' credit/debit card details on our systems whilst orders are being processed and despatched.
Customers awaiting outstanding orders may cancel at any time and receive a full refund (see returns and refunds below).
RIBA Enterprises reserves the right to request full payment by bank transfer before goods are despatched.
Payment methods
- RIBA Bookshops Business Account – for UK customers
- Credit/Debit Card: MASTERCARD / VISA / AMERICAN EXPRESS
VAT charges
