RIBA Agreements 2010
The RIBA Agreements 2010 are fully endorsed by the ACA, CIAT, RIAS, RSAW and RSUA. RIBA Agreements 2010 are sold as Printed versions (in packs) and Electronic versions (compiled and ordered through the Agreements website), offering enhanced options and better value for money than previous versions.
RIBA Agreements 2010 CONDITIONS, printed versions: Amendment 1 issued 30 September 2011
Amendment 1 for each of the Conditions of Appointment in the RIBA Agreements 2010 has been published. The changes are derived mostly from the provisions of Part 8 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, and are effective for contracts made from 1 October 2011.
The Amendment sheets to the Conditions of Appointment are cumulative and supersede all previous amendments and corrections to the Conditions.
If buying printed versions of the RIBA Agreements 2010, a copy of the relevant Amendment will be included with your order. Free copies of the Amendment are available to download from each of the RIBA Agreement product pages.
